Headquarters of Seera Group Holding
Seera Group Holding’s board of directors accepted the resignation tendered by CEO Majed Alnefaie on Jan. 28, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
The resignation, which was submitted due to personal reasons, will be effective from Feb. 1.
The group added that it will duly announce any updates on appointing a new CEO or Acting CEO.
Alnefaie was named as Acting CEO in April 2021, ahead of being appointed as the Group’s CEO in October, Argaam earlier reported.
