Abdulaziz Alammar resigns from Tihama, Nama boards

Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co. said independent board member Abdulaziz Alammar has resigned, citing work-related reasons. The resignation took effect on May 7, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

Separately, Nama Chemicals Co. announced that Alammar resigned as Vice Chairman and independent board member, also due to work commitments. That resignation became effective today, May 8, according to a Tadawul filing.
