Allied Cooperative Insurance Group (ACIG) postponed its first and second extraordinary general assembly meetings (EGMs), slated for Sunday, May 18, due to lack of quorum, the company said in a Tadawul statement.

The firm will announce a new date for the meeting after obtaining the required regulatory approvals, the statement added.

The third meeting will be held by the shareholders who are present at the meeting without a quorum, the Saudi-listed insurer further noted.
