Tihama pens strategic alliance with Tatheer Media

Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co. signed today, May 29, a strategic alliance with Tatheer Media Group for the provision of integrated and innovative media services, in line with the Saudi market’s needs and the Kingdom's Vision 2030.

This came as part of Tihama's efforts to strengthen its position as a leading media services provider since its founding in 1974, particularly as the Saudi partner of WPP Group, one of the world's largest advertising and marketing communications companies, according to a statement to Tadawul.

This alliance is also deemed a direct response to the current market demands, where marketing thinking no longer seeks a mere service provider, but rather a reliable partner with the vision and ability to deliver tangible results.

Tihama also said that the agreement is valid for one year from the signing date. It represents the initial phase of the two companies’ partnership, renewable by written agreement.

The two parties are expected to immediately begin developing joint projects, targeting the government and private sectors, as part of a comprehensive bundle of media and communication solutions, the statement added.

Tatheer has been a leading provider of integrated media solutions since its inception in 2010.

It boasts a proven track record with major clients in the Kingdom, having implemented quality projects across content production and creation services, digital campaigns, documentaries, events, and corporate reputation management for a number of government and private entities, according to Tihama.

There are no related parties to the deal, said the Saudi-listed company, noting that there is no financial impact at present.

It also highlighted that any future financial impact or material developments in this regard will be duly announced.
