Halwani Bros major shareholder transfers 742,500 shares to his son
Halwani Bros. received on Aug. 28 a notice from Mohamed Halwani, a major shareholder, who will transfer 742,500 shares to his son.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the move is part of Mohamed Halwani’s plan to restructure his 7% ownership in the company.
Accordingly, the change will reflect on Tadawul’s website.
According to Argaam data, the shares to be transferred represent 2.1% of the company’s total 35.4 million shares.
Mohamed Abdul Hameed Halwani Investment Co. currently holds 2.03 million shares in Halwani Bros., representing 5.74% of the company’s total shares.
