Dubai’s Aster DM Healthcare buys stake in Abu Dhabi facility

Dubai-based Aster DM Healthcare has acquired a 60 percent stake in Harley Street Medical Center (HSMC) in Abu Dhabi, the company said on Monday.

 

The value of the acquisition was not specified.

 

HSMC, which currently operates as a day-care surgery facility, is located in the Marina Business Park in Abu Dhabi.

 

The center is applying to become a specialty hospital in the near future, the statement said.
