SATORP replaces its representative on AATSC’s board

Saudi Aramco Total Refining and Petrochemical Co. (SATORP) appointed on Monday Sultan Ghassan Tabbara, non-executive member, as a board member representing the company on the board of Arabian Aramco Total Services Co. (AATSC).

 

Tabbara will replace Omar Mohammed Al Somali, the company said in a statement on Tadawul, adding that the decision is effective immediately.

 

Tabbara joined SATORP in 2013 and currently serves as treasury manager, SATORP said.
