BATIC Investments and Logistics Co.'s fluctuation limit for its capital increase will be based on a share price of SAR 45.19, the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) said in a statement on Monday.

 

The additional shares will be deposited into investor's portfolios on May 2, it added.

 

In March, the Capital Market Authority approved the company's request to increase capital by 25 percent to SAR 300 million from SAR 240 million.
