SIECO’s legal claim against board postponed to Jan. 15

Saudi Industrial Export Co.’s (SIECO) lawsuit against its former board chairman, board members, and executive management was adjourned to Jan. 15, 2019, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Thursday.

 

Any developments will be revealed as they occur, the statement added.

 

In November 2017, SIECO filed a lawsuit against former board members, executives for excesses referred to by the external auditor, Argaam previously reported.
