WAJA Co. posted a net profit of SAR 5.1 million in 2025, versus SAR 5.3 million a year earlier.

The company reported a 30.33% (SAR 60.3 million) yearly drop in its 2025 revenue. This was due to a reduction in the value of projects executed during the year, albeit the projects undertaken were of higher profitability.

 

In addition, administrative expenses during 2025 rose by 57.13% compared to 2024, reaching SAR 3.3 million. This was fueled by higher professional fees and bank charges for the same year.

 

In H2 2025, the company turned to a net profit of SAR 3.65 million, versus a net loss of SAR 2.13 million in H2 2024.
