TASI rises 3.7% to 11,503 pts, total turnover at SAR 8.3B
Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) closed 3.7%, or 406 points, higher at 11,503 points today, April 10.
Total turnover stood at about SAR 8.3 billion.
The index reached an intraday high of 11,605 points, marking a gain of 508 points from the previous day’s close.
The rally was driven by a rise in oil prices and US President Donald Trump’s decision to pause reciprocal tariffs on several countries for 90 days, while maintaining a 10% baseline tariff. However, tariffs on Chinese imports were raised.
