Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) closed 0.1%, or 16 points, lower at 11,278 points today, July 9.
Total turnover reached nearly SAR 5.5 billion.
Market Index
Saudi Aramco fell by 1% to SAR 24.88.
ACWA Power declined by 3% to SAR 249.
Almarai, Alinma Bank, Riyad Bank, BSF, Sulaiman Al Habib, Saudi Kayan, Riyadh Cables, Yanbu Cement, Eastern Cement, solutions and SAB slipped between 1% and 3%.

In contrast, shares of real estate companies gained after the Cabinet approved a new law regulating property ownership by non-Saudis. Masar, Al Akaria, Retal, Jabal Omar, and Emaar EC rose between 4% and 9%.
Alinma Retail REIT and Alinma Hospitality REIT closed at SAR 4.64 (-4%) and SAR 8.13 (+3 %), respectively, after going ex-dividend.
Cenomi Centers was the top gainer, rising 8%.
