TASI rises 0.7% to 11,752 on banking sector gains
Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) rose 0.7%, or 78 points, to 11,752 points today, Oct. 29, recording its highest close since April.
Total turnover reached nearly SAR 5.2 billion.
The benchmark opened at 11,677 points, touching a high of 11,752 points and a low of 11,674 points during the session.
Market Index
The index rose, supported by the banking sector. SNB and Al Rajhi Bank closed at SAR 40.88 (+2%) and SAR 110 (+1%), respectively.
Riyad Bank, BSF, SAB, Bank AlJazira and Bank Albilad rose between 1% and 2%.
The US Federal Reserve is expected to announce its interest rate decision today.
ADES was the market leader, rising 10%, with nearly 13 million shares worth more than SAR 200 million traded. The company received notices to resume one of its offshore drilling contracts and several onshore drilling contracts in Saudi Arabia.

On the other hand, solutions fell by 4% after Q3 2025 earnings came below average market expectations.
City Cement closed at SAR 14.60 (-3%), after the company’s Q3 2025 profit fell 74% year-on-year.
SIIG declined by 1%.
Taleem REIT rose by 1% after announcing a dividend.
