TASI falls 0.1% to 10,716 pts, turnover at SAR 3.4B
Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) closed 0.1%, or 10 points, lower at 10,716 points today, Dec. 11.
Total turnover reached nearly SAR 3.4 billion.
The benchmark opened at 10,754 points, touched a high of 10,755 points, and slipped to a low of 10,689 points during the session.
Market Index
Saudi Aramco fell 2% to SAR 23.90, with the stock’s impact on the index exceeding 65 points due to its large weight.
ACWA Power, Maaden, Bahri, Dar Al Arkan, Tadawul Group, Savola and Cenomi Centers declined between 1% and 3%.
TADCO was the top decliner, falling by 6%, after shareholders rejected the board’s proposal to reduce capital to offset accumulated losses.

Meanwhile, Al Rajhi Bank rose by more than 1% to SAR 98.95.
SAB, SNB, BSF, Arab National Bank, Alinma Bank, and Riyad Bank gained between 1% and 3%. The Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) decided to cut the reverse repo and repo rates by 25 basis points, mirroring the US Federal Reserve’s move.
Burgerizzr jumped by 7% to close at SAR 16.32.
