TASI falls 1.2% to 10,589 pts, turnover at SAR 2.6B

Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) fell 1.2%, or 127 points, to 10,589 points today, Dec. 14. 
Total turnover reached nearly SAR 2.6 billion.
The benchmark opened at 10,697 points, touched a high of 10,698 points, and slipped to a low of 10,582 points.
 

Market Index

The banking stocks weighed on the index, with Al Rajhi Bank falling more than 1% to SAR 97.65.
 
SNB, ANB, Riyad Bank, SAB, Bank Albilad, Bank AlJazira and BSF slipped between 1% and 4%.
 
The newly-listed CGS dropped by 7% to SAR 8.90, with about 4 million shares changing hands. The stock has lost nearly 11 percent compared to its listing price of SAR 10.
 
SIIG closed at SAR 13.01 (-4%) after going ex-dividend.
