TASI rises 0.7% to 10,552 pts, turnover at SAR 3.5B
Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) rose 0.7%, or 68 points, to 10,552 points today, Dec. 22.
Total turnover reached nearly SAR 3.5 billion.
The benchmark opened at 10,492 points, touched a high of 10,552 points, and slipped to a low of 10,449 points.
Market Index
Al Rajhi Bank added 2% to SAR 97.60.
Maaden also closed 5% higher at SAR 63.60.
Likewise, SNB, Riyad Bank, Sulaiman Al Habib, Bank Albilad, stc, SAB, ANB, BSF, and Electrical Industries soared between 1-2%.
CMCER led today’s gainers with a 6% hike.
Further, AMAK finished at the highest level ever, after climbing by 3% to SAR 88.80, surpassing YTD gains of 30%.

Meanwhile, Saudi Aramico tumbled by less than 1%, ending at SAR 23.75.
SGS also shed 6% to SAR 36, as nearly 2.1 million changed hands. The company had announced that it is being sued over SAR 201.2 million in compensation claims.
Alramz, in addition, tumbled by 6% to SAR 59.60.
