TASI rebounds, rises 0.7% to 10,490 pts

Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) rose 0.7%, or 73 points, to close at 10,490 points today, Dec. 29.
Total turnover reached nearly SAR 2.6 billion.
The benchmark opened at 10,423 points, touching a high of 10,490 points and a low of  10,384 points during the session.

Market Index

Saudi Aramco and Al Rajhi Bank rose by 1% to SAR 23.70 and SAR 96.60, respectively.
 
SNB, Riyad Bank, Bank Albilad, SABIC, Elm, Mobily, Makkah Construction, Almarai, and Bank AlJazira gained between 1% and 3%.
 
Raoom went up nearly 10% to close at SAR 68.85.
 
Jahez closed at SAR 14.66 (+3%).

On the other hand,  Al Yamamah Steel was the top decliner, falling 6% to SAR 30.50, with approximately 2 million shares traded. The company reported a net profit of SAR 17.8 million in Q4 2024/25, compared to SAR 4.26 million a year earlier.
 
SRMG, Al-Babtain, Saudi Cable, SMC, and Amlak declined by 2% to 4%.
