TASI rises 1.4% to close near10,900; turnover hits SAR 6.1B

Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) closed 1.4%, or 148 points, higher at 10,894 points today, Jan. 13, recording its highest close in nearly two months.
 
Total turnover reached about SAR 6.1 billion.
 
The benchmark opened at 10,763 points, reaching a high of 10,894 and a low of 10,718 during the session.
 
With today’s gain, the index rose by about 400 points, or 3.8 percent, since the start of 2026, compared with last year’s close.

Market Index

Saudi Aramco rose 3% to SAR 24.92, while Al Rajhi Bank shares climbed 2% to SAR 102.50.
 
Maaden recorded its highest closing price since listing at SAR 70.80 (+5%), with more than 5 million shares worth over SAR 350 million changing hands. The company announced the addition of 7.8 million ounces of gold resources across four key sites.
 
SNB, stc, Tawuniya, SAB, Almarai, Tadawul Group, Taiba, and Jabal Omar gained between 1% and 5%.
 
Zahrat Al Waha surged by 10% to close at SAR 2.75.
