TASI rises 0.7% to 11,458 pts; turnover hits SAR 6.3B

Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) rose 0.7%, or 76 points, to 11,458 points today, Jan. 28, recording the highest close in three months.

Total turnover reached about SAR 6.3 billion.

The benchmark opened at 11,415 points, reaching a high of 11,463 and a low of 11,396 during the session.

With today’s gain, the index rose by about 970 points, or 9.2 percent, since the start of 2026, compared with last year’s close.

Saudi Aramco gained 2% to SAR 25.64.

Alinma Bank rose 3% to SAR 28.26 following the announcement of its financial results and a bonus share issue.

Build Station was the top gainer, rising 9% to SAR 59.50. Nearly 600,000 shares change hands.

ACWA Power, Tawuniya, Riyad Bank, Makkah Construction, Nahdi, Bank Albilad and Dar Al Arkan climbed between 1% and 4%.

Meanwhile, CGS was the top decliner, falling 4% amid profit-taking. Trading volume reached approximately 2 million shares.

Albilad Gold ETF rose by 6% to SAR 29.76 as gold prices hit a record high. About 1.7 million units traded

Alistithmar REIT increased by 4% to close at SAR 7.70.
