TASI inches down 0.1% to 10,956 pts, turnover at SAR 4.6B

Saudi Arabia’s Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) ended 0.1%, or 12 points, lower at 10,956 points today, May 18. The benchmark extended its downtrend for the fifth straight session, losing more than 200 points, or 2%. It hit an intraday high of 11,001 and a low of 10, 934.

Total turnover reached nearly SAR 4.6 billion.

On stock performance, SABIC shed 1% to SAR 59. Maaden also dropped 2%.

Baazeem fell 3% to SAR 5.72. Dallah also ended 2% down at SAR 108.40, after trading ex-dividend.

Similarly, Entaj dipped 4% to SAR 25.70. Cenomi Retail was the biggest loser, sinking 8%.

On the positive side, BSF, stc, Jarir, Elm, Saudi Energy, SABIC AN, and Dar Al Arkan gained between 1% and 3%.

TADCO was the top gainer, jumping 6%.
