TASI edges up 0.4% to 10,852 pts; turnover at SAR 4.3B

Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) ended 0.4%, or 39 points, up at 10,852 points today, July 7. Total turnover reached nearly SAR 4.3 billion.

The index recorded intraday highs and lows of 10,852 and 10,788 points, respectively.

Al Rajhi Bank added nearly 1% to SAR 65.95.

Acwa jumped 3% to SAR 198.90. The company announced today that it was given the green light to exclusively export green hydrogen and the related derivatives.

SSP, Arabian Pipes, and East Pipes climbed between 5% and 8% amid active trading.

Saudi Arabia was reportedly said to be mulling an expansion of the crude oil pipeline to the Kingdom's western coast on the Red Sea, enabling it to transport larger volumes of crude without passing through the Strait of Hormuz.

Petro Rabigh also ended 5% higher.

On the other hand, Aldawaa finished 2% down at SAR 42.72 having traded ex-dividend.

Flynas, Ataa, SARCO, Halwani Bros, SVCP, Saudi Darb, Raoom, Arab Sea and Sadirat shed between 2% and 4%.
