TASI falls 0.2% to 10,802 pts, turnover at SAR 4B

Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) closed 0.2%, or 17 points, lower at 10,802 points today, July 13.

Total turnover stood at about SAR 4 billion.

The index recorded highs of 10,870 and lows of 10,795.

Aramco fell by almost 1% to SAR 26.50.

Arabian Drilling, Electrical Industries, Riyadh Cables and Tadawul Group declined between 1% and 3 %.

SVCP dropped by 4% to SAR 17.06, after shareholders rejected a capital increase through a rights issue.

Meanwhile, Al Rajhi Bank rose by nearly 1% to SAR 65.55.

Luberef, Advanced, Seera, Al Arabia, Savola, Tasheel, Al Majdiah and Petro Rabigh jumped between 2% and 5%.

CATRION increased by 2% to SAR 75.50. The company signed an additional contract with Saudia to provide in-flight catering services at an estimated value of SAR 105 million.
