TASI rises 0.3% to 10,888 pts, total turnover at SAR 5.1B
Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) rose 0.3%, or 29 points, to 10,858 points today, Aug. 5, recording the highest close in more than a month.
Total turnover stood at about SAR 5.1 billion.
The index recorded a high of 10,896 and a low of 10,836 points.
Market Index
Al Rajhi Bank rose 1% to SAR 65, while Acwa jumped 3% to SAR 201.30.
Sport Clubs, Wataniya, ACIG and UCA increased between 5% and 10%.
Maaden climbed 2% to SAR 59.60.
Company Prices
Meanwhile, Saudi Aramco fell 1% to SAR 26.74.
SAIB closed at SAR 13.80 (-2%) after going ex-dividend.
Retal and MARAFIQ declined 8% and 10%, respectively, after announcing Q2 2026 losses.
Lumi recorded its lowest closing price since listing at SAR 27.24 (-5%). The company announced an 80% year-on-year drop in Q2 2026 profits.
