TASI rises 0.1% to 11,036 pts; total turnover at SAR 3.2B
Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) closed 0.1%, or 12 points, higher at 11,036 points today, Sept. 8.
Total turnover reached about SAR 3.2 billion.
The index recorded a high of 11,048 and a low of 10,990.
Market Index
Saudi Aramco rose less than 1% to SAR 26.06, with more than 8 million shares worth over SAR 210 million changing hands.
KEC gained 5% after signing a memorandum of understanding with Kaden Investment to develop the Multaqa Almadinah 2 project in Madinah.
Najran Cement, SIDC, Leejam, Alasmak, Alramz, eXtra, and Al Yamamah Steel jumped between 3% and 6%.
Banan led the gainers with an 8% increase.
