TASI falls 1.2% to 10,456 pts, records lowest close since January
Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) fell 1.2%, or 124 points, to 10,456 points today, Sept. 29, recording the lowest close since January.
Total turnover reached nearly SAR 3.6 billion.
The index hit a high of 10,588 (+9 points from Sept. 28’s close) and a low of 10,456.
With today’s decline, the index’s losses have reached more than 670 points, or 6% since the start of September.
Market Index
Saudi Aramco fell more than 1% to SAR 25.18.
Al Rajhi Bank, SNB, Maaden, Acwa, SABIC, SABIC AN, Alinma Bank, Sulaiman Al Habib and BSF declined between 1% and 3%.
Abo Moati and East Pipes were top decliners, dropping 8%.

Meanwhile, KEC was the top gainer, rising 10% to SAR 22.11. The share recorded its highest close in five years, with nearly 4.1 million shares changing hands.
Arabian Drilling gained 5%.
