SNB shareholders to vote on SAR 1.15/shr cash dividend for H2 2025 on April 15

Saudi National Bank’s (SNB) shareholders are set to vote on the board recommendation to distribute an 11.5% cash dividend, at SAR 1.15 per share, for H2 2025, during an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) to be held on April 15, according to a Tadawul statement.
