Jabal Omar Development Co. (JODC) starts today, April 18, 2021, the electronic voting on the agenda items of its ordinary general meeting (OGM), slated for April 22, according to a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders are set to vote on electing a new board of directors for the upcoming three-year term, starting June 30, 2021.

 

Meanwhile, they will also vote on the board decision to appoint Ahmed Waze Alqahtani as an independent board member from Nov. 24, 2021, until the end of the board term.
