Enma Al Rawabi Co.’s shareholders will vote on amending the company’s Articles of Association during the extraordinary general meeting to be held on Feb. 21, the company said in a bourse filing today, Jan. 27.

 

Shareholders will discuss amending articles related to the company’s name, head office, share issuance, management, board meeting and dividend distributions.

 

The e-voting on the agenda items will start on Feb. 17 via Tadawulaty services.
