Enma Al Rawabi Co.’s board of directors named Fahad Almousa as Chairman and Abdulaziz Almousa as Vice Chairman and Managing Director, the company announced today, June 8, in a bourse filing. 

 

The board also approved the formation of the nominations and remuneration committee, to be chaired by Abdulaziz Almousa.

 

The board secretary and the company’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) were appointed during the board meeting.
