Clean Life to start trading on Nomu on Oct. 23

The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) announced that shares of Clean Life Co. will be listed and traded on Nomu-Parallel Market as of Oct. 23, with the symbol 9581 and ISIN Code SA15SHO4LMH6.

 

The daily and static price fluctuation limits will be ±30% and ±10%, respectively, according to a statement today, Oct. 19.

 

According to data available on Argaam, Clean Life offered 300,000 shares, or 20% of its share capital, to qualified investors, at SAR 112 apiece. The offering was 567.89% oversubscribed.
