TASI declines 0.2% to 12,099, total turnover at SAR 7.7B
Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) closed 0.2%, or 29 points, lower at 12,099 points today, Sept. 5.
Total turnover reached about SAR 7.7 billion.
Market Index
Saudi Aramco and Al Rajhi Bank fell less than 1% to SAR 27.55 and SAR 88.70, respectively.
Astra Industrial, Red Sea, Alkhorayef, MBC Group, Seera, and SISCO declined between 2% and 5%.

On the other hand, SIECO rose nearly 10% to SAR 2.78 after shareholders approved the board’s proposal to reduce the stock’s nominal value.
Cenomi Retail shares closed at SAR 11.04 (+10%), with around 4 million shares traded. The company scrapped its previous recommendation to reduce capital and will undertake a performance improvement program.
The newly-listed Alistithmar AREIC Diversified REIT fell 4% to SAR 9.14.
