TASI rises 0.9% to 12,001 pts, total turnover at SAR 5.2B
Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) closed 0.9%, or 108 points, higher at 12,001 points today, Dec. 30.
Total turnover reached about SAR 5.2 billion.
Market Index
Al Rajhi Bank rose by 2% to SAR 93.90.
ACWA Power, Riyad Bank, Almarai, Bank Albilad, Alinma Bank, Saudi Awwal Bank, Sulaiman Al Habib, Dar Al Arkan, and Al Arabia increased between 1% and 4%.
Yansab edged up by 1% to SAR 37.90 after announcing cash dividends of SAR 1 per share for H2 2024.
Saudi Re was the top gainer, surging by 10% to SAR 51.70, recording the highest close since listing on the Saudi market. About 2.5 million shares were traded.
SIDC rose by 9% to SAR 30.95.
