Tadawul sees 22 negotiated deals worth SAR 1 bln today

The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) registered 23 negotiated deals today, March 27, for a total value of SAR 1 billion.

 

The transactions included a negotiated deal on 425,200 Alamar Foods Co.’s shares for a total value of SAR 64.6 million and representing 1.7% of the total shares standing at 25.5 million shares.

 

A negotiated deal involves a stock purchase based on a bargain between buyers and sellers, apart from market price. The negotiated price does not impact directly on market price.
